Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Back to the Future Fest, I will be watching all 3 Back to the Future movies and do a running diary while watching them much like the Sawathon that I had previous on this blog. Starting off with the first Back To The Future. So, check back later and read what I have to say about it, but before we get to that, just want to give you something to tied you over while you wait for the post. During the 80s and some of the 90s there was a phenomenon of using the soundtracks for movies and specially using the music videos of the songs that are on the soundtrack as pretty much commercials for the movies, and Back to the Future was no different, Huey Lewis and the News had his song The Power Of Love on the soundtrack and here is the music video for that:
Actually, this one isn't quite as blatant as some of the other ones that would just have clips from the movie in the middle of the video, but still, did have the DeLoren and Doc running around in it..
Ok, so just want to point out that today is Good Friday, so everything that goes along with that, but it's also Earth Day, which of course means the return of Recyclops:
